As a prospective tenant, you want to know what kind of service you can expect when you lease from BGRPM. We pride ourselves on our tenant service, and consistently strive to make things easier for you.
If you would like to view the inside of the property we ask that you come by our office and check out a key. To check out a key we would need to see a photo i.d.
An application may be obtained from our office, our website or we can fax it. The application fee of $35.00 per person must be paid (certified funds only) before the application will be processed. All parties over the age of 18 must fill out an application and all parties living in the property must be listed on the application. All information on the application is subject to verification, any information found to be falsified will result in an denied application. Failure to sign the application and provide information will cause delays in the processing. When the application is turned in we need a copy of your driver's license or photo ID, please provide the last two (2) pay stubs, and any other proof of monthly income. Gross monthly income must not be less than 3x the amount of the rent of the property you are applying for. Processing will normally be completed with 2-3 business days. This can be longer if a complication arises such as difficulties receiving a response from past landlords. We will run credit and criminal reports, verify your employment income, and check with current and past landlords.
Move In Process:
Office hours for lease signing are Monday through Friday, between 8:30 and 5:00. The property will remain on the market and may be rented to someone else if a security deposit is not received, we will not hold a property without a deposit. If a lease is not entered into within three (3) days of notice of approval, the deposit will be forfeited to the owner. If the application is not approved the deposit will be refunded.
Keys will be furnished only after the lease agreement and all other rental documents have been properly executed by all parties and after all applicable rental payments and security deposits have been paid. Utilities must be transferred into the tenants name within 3 days of entering the lease agreement.
Pet policies vary per property, if pets are allowed it will be posted on our rental list and there will be a non-refundable pet fee per pet. Pet fees are at least $250.00 per pet. All pets subject to owner approval, however NO American bulldog, Pit bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, or mixed breed with any of these will be allowed. No exceptions.
